Like many businesses, pharmaceutical services provider Two Labs wanted to make a change to its office environment after the Covid-19 pandemic altered the way people work.
The Envision Pharma-owned company conducted an internal audit to determine what its employees wanted, and the result was a hybrid approach that included a new office in the amenity-rich area of Bridge Park in Dublin. Two Labs relocated to its new space at 6620 Mooney St. last month, and the firm’s leadership team says the move has been beneficial for its 100 local employees.

“We’ve gotten a ton of positive comments,” said Chris Stover, senior vice president of finance at Two Labs. “Our employees feel like it’s a place they want to come in to work. I now see some people in the office that I rarely saw in the previous office.”
Formerly based at 110 Riverbend Ave. in Powell, Two Labs was looking for space that would entice its workers to come back into the office, even for two or three days a week. That’s why they were attracted to Bridge Park and its mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment and recreational activities, Stover said.
“There’s just a ton of amenities out there and that’s really what our people wanted,” he said. “It’s also good for our clients and the employees we have across the country who come into town.”
In addition to its desire for an office with nearby amenities, Two Labs also was looking to downsize. Its 7,000-square-foot space is about 4,000 square feet less than its previous location.
The decision to relocate to a smaller office also came from the internal audit the company conducted prior to the move.
“What we found is that we had a good group of people that would come back into the office on a regular basis, so there was still a use for office space,” Stover said. “But we also realized we weren’t going to fill up the space we had. It didn’t really meet what people were telling us about how they wanted to work in a post-Covid world.”
Looking ahead, Stover said he believes the new office will help Two Labs retain its current workforce and enhance its ability to recruit new talent as the company continues to grow.
“I think there’s a really bright future for Two Labs, and that’s being enhanced by the nice space we now have at Bridge Park,” he said. “We’re excited to be in a position where we can offer this type of environment to our employees, our clients and the people we’re bringing in.”
