Two Labs, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has offices and operations across the US and UK and is a leading pharmaceutical services company that partners with pharma/biotech companies. Our leaders

Howard Miller
A Two Labs veteran for more than 14 years, Howard strongly believes having a highly engaged, passionate, and collaborative culture within our organization is one of the most critical factors when working to provide the best service to any client. The focus on culture also allows him to have the utmost confidence that the team is providing services and solutions that are unmatched by the competition.
With over 30 years in the pharma industry, Howard believes in a patient-centric approach to every client relationship. With over 250+ new product launches, including retail, specialty, orphan and cell & gene, our team is committed to helping clients find the path from clinical development to the patient.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University, with a concentration in Finance. Before joining Two Labs, he spent 17 years as a healthcare professional in sales at Abbott Laboratories across numerous leadership roles. He also spent three years at Cardinal Health as a VP of Sales and Marketing, as well as two years at Novavax as the VP of Sales before joining Two Labs in 2007. He’s a bit of a workout nut, doing everything from biking to yoga. The best part of Howard’s free time is spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids, along with his black Labrador, Hunter (one of the Two Labs office mascots).

Will Pih
Will was the first partner of Two Labs, joining founder Rich Wartel five months after the organization was formed. As the lead for most specialty new product launches, Will guides projects specializing in creative market access, channel development and lifecycle management strategies. Building on his experience and expertise, Two Labs has built breadth and depth around oral and injectable/infusible specialty products for rare diseases, including autoimmune conditions, oncology and genetic disorders.
With a background as a health system and managed care pharmacy director, Will moved to the pharma industry and worked through increasing levels of sales and marketing leadership roles at companies such as Roche/Genentech and Amgen. Will was the original founder of the Huntington Consulting Group and BioSys Laboratories, Inc. He received his Pharm. D. and undergraduate education coursework in Economics from the University of Southern California.
Will and his family reside in Los Angeles, where he also serves on the board of several for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Angela Hoyt
Angela Hoyt is responsible for the overall management of the Commercial Team within Two Labs. Angie believes in a patient-centric approach to every client relationship. With over 250+ new product launches, including retail and specialty, her team is committed to helping clients find the path from clinical development to commercialization in order to help patients lead a better life.
Angie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University. Before joining Two Labs in 2008, she spent 6 years at Cardinal Health where she held various positions ranging from inside sales to Client Service Manager, 4 years at Amylin Pharmaceuticals where she worked as a National Account Executive, and 2 years at Novavax where she worked as a National Account Manager.
She currently resides in Marysville, Ohio with her husband, Tim, and their 3 children, Trevor, Matthew, and Emma as well as their 2 dogs, Miguel and Zoey.

Kim Cline
Kim’s proactive approach helps commercializing pharma companies prepare for challenges they may face along the commercialization timeline. Having worked on more than 60 specialty drug launches during her tenure, Kim helps companies understand their commercialization needs and collaborates with them on a customized approach aimed at meeting goals and producing results.
Kim holds a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Although the majority of her experience lies within Oncology and Rare Disease therapies, Kim’s expertise applies to a wide variety of specialty pharmaceuticals.
Kim and her husband reside in Minneapolis with their three children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling the world with her family.

Angus Bromley
Angus collaborates with clients to address strategic and operational challenges across development, medical, and commercial organizations. He has a strong healthcare-focused background with over 10 years of management consulting experience.
Angus has partnered with numerous emerging manufacturers and biopharma organizations to interpret markets and develop tactical launch plans and integrated program plans that consider regulatory, clinical, and supply needs. He has also developed and implemented ‘Excellence in Project Management’ programs to support organizations.
Previously, Angus was a Managing Director in the Medical Practice at Syneos Health (previously inVentiv Health Consulting / Campbell Alliance). He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University (Toronto) and a BSc in biochemistry from McMaster University.

Chris Stover
Chris Stover is responsible for tracking financial performance and developing strategic plans to thoughtfully grow the Two Labs business. Chris serves as the finance business partner for all divisions across Two Labs. With over 15 years of healthcare finance experience, he believes everyone working in the healthcare industry has the opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients. Chris is also passionate about leading and developing high performing teams.
Chris previously worked for Cardinal Health for over 15 years before starting with Two Labs in 2021. At Cardinal Health, Chris was the finance lead for multiple business units across the organization. His experience included M&A, forecasting and budgeting, implementing new financial systems and pricing strategy for multi-billion dollar global businesses. In addition, Chris served as a finance representative and leader of cross-functional teams across the organization.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Risk Management from The Ohio State University. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through exercise and other outdoor activities, as well as spending time with his family and friends, including his three young children. He enjoys attending his children’s games and coaching their teams as they start into youth sports. He and his wife live in Columbus, OH.

Ryan Fields
Ryan is helping pharma manufacturers navigate the complex landscapes of compendia databases, e-prescribing platforms and state regulatory licensing and compliance requirements. Our clients develop and improve products that both enhance the quality of and save people’s lives – this is what pharma manufacturers do best. With the ever-changing state regulatory, compendia and e-prescribing landscapes, Ryan and his teams ensure our manufacturer clients’ products stay visible and compliant so they can stay focused on the patient.
Ryan has 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device distribution. Since joining Two Labs in 2017, Ryan has led the Regulatory business through a significant growth period, tripling the number of clients serviced to nearly 200 and launching over 140 new drugs. Prior to Two Labs, Ryan led the distributor operations department for Abbott Nutrition and held various leadership roles in Cardinal Health’s sourcing organization. His channel management responsibilities included multi-billion dollar portfolios.
Ryan is Lean Six Sigma trained and received a BSC in Communications from Ohio University. He loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife, two daughters and Goldendoodle. He is an avid golfer and Peloton rider, and in his spare time can often be found rooting on his favorite Ohio sports teams.

Sana Moosa
Sana brings nearly 15 years of biotech/pharma industry and consulting experience to Two Labs, having supported 50+ product launches across 25+ disease areas. She is passionate about partnering with clients to solve complex multi-disciplinary issues across commercial, R&D, and medical affairs. Her breadth of experience includes new product planning, mid-to-late development strategy, commercialization, and brand optimization, as well as enterprise-wide initiatives such as organizational scale-up/design.
Prior to joining Two Labs, Sana was a Director in the Commercial Strategy Practice and the Account Lead for a Top-3 Client at inVentiv Health Consulting (now Syneos Health). She has worked across numerous therapeutic areas—including Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Women’s Health—with a passionate interest in CNS and Rare Disease.
Sana holds a Master’s in Business of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute, and a BS in Biological Sciences (highest honors) from California State Polytechnic University. She lives in Portland, OR with her husband and 2.5 year old daughter.

Annie Downing
Annie leads brand stewardship. She believes deeply in the Two Labs brand promise that doing the right thing for our client partners and their patients is the guiding light for everything we do.
As the marketing subject matter expert, Annie is responsible for driving demand generation across the brand. She is a data-driven marketer committed to delivering meaningful strategy supported by measurable tactics. She strives to drive continuous improvement in all things and is passionate about the power of digital. Annie and her team lead campaign strategy and execution, customer relationship management (CRM) including Salesforce, market research, and positioning. Prior to Two Labs, Annie worked for Abbott Nutrition in a variety of brand marketing roles, where she led iconic brands to unprecedented share growth.
Annie received her B.A. and M.A. from John Carroll University. She lives in Bexley, OH with her husband, two young daughters, and Boston Terrier. In her free time, Annie loves baking, gardening, design, and above all, having fun with her little family!

Christie Prue
Christie is striving to create an environment that allows Two Labs employees to do what they do best, with passion, energy and a sense of fun. She believes that creating a culture of collaboration, engagement, trust and passion allows employees to achieve their personal and professional goals while maximizing business performance.
Christie has more than 20 years of HR experience with large corporations and small nonprofit organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and two teenage daughters, walking with her Pomeranian, Maggie, reading and interior design.

David Chan
David Chan has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of Riparian, product development, and specific client initiatives. An experienced entrepreneur, David brings 20+ years of experience in the life sciences where he has orchestrated the efforts of numerous multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, and assisted organizations with financial, operational, and government exposures inherent in the complex and self-reporting nature of contractual arrangements.
David has seen firsthand how breakthrough innovations can only happen when we challenge what is possible, which has inspired his radically different approach to problem-solving. His experience is extensive, including in assisting numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers and counsel with compliance issues related to various government pricing (GP) programs. David has led the development of detailed reports for GP assessments; guided numerous pharmaceutical manufacturers through assessments of their compliance methodologies, policies, and procedures; and has overseen the implementation and integration of the findings, including training GP teams and the broader organization.
David is a regular on the speaking circuit and has presented at conferences and industry events around the country since 2006. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

Kimberly Cash
Kimberly Cash works with BioTech/BioPharma companies to deliver strategic medical affairs tactics and impactful strategic medical communications. Kimberly believes effective medical communications make a significant difference in patients’ quality of life and outcomes; this drives market share through an emphasis on engagement, quality, and valued experiences.
Kimberly has led medical affairs development at small to large pharmaceutical companies and understands the unique challenges of BioTech/BioPharma through her experience leading several successful multi-faceted product launches in the BioTech/BioPharma space. Kimberly earned an inspirational leader award in 2020, holds board certification as a medical affairs specialist (BCMAS), and has passed the certification exam for medical publication professionals (CMPP).
Kimberly holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned the distinction of being a Johnston Scholar.

Heather Goodman
Heather Goodman is the team’s generics pharma subject matter expert. Heather is also General Counsel for all of Two Labs’ affiliates. For PharmaLicense, Heather develops creative licensing strategies for manufacturers, wholesalers and third-party logistics providers, working with regulatory, legal and commercial teams. Along with other team members, she helped develop a unique licensing strategy that shrinks the licensing timeframe from 12-18 months to 3 months — allowing clients to launch products in record time.
As the generics subject matter expert, Heather develops creative entry strategies and teaches branded manufacturers how to participate in the generic space when their product is facing patent expiration or a challenge. She strongly believes that generic competition doesn’t have to mean the death of a brand company product. Generics can be an exciting and profitable space!
Heather received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She loves to knit, travel, go to concerts, exercise, eat well and entertain.
