Introduction

Two Labs Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates. (“Company” or “We” or Two Labs“) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit twolabs.com,  mkogp.com, or Pennside.com (collectively, the “Websites”) and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Apps” and with the Websites, the “Services”), whether as a guest or a registered user and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On or through the Services.
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services.
  • Through Apps including without limitation any mobile or desktop applications you download from Services, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and any Services.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party Services and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • us offline or through any other means; or
  • any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Services

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through the Services or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Transfer of Information

The Services may be stored and processed in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Services or providing us with any information, you acknowledge this transfer and the processing of information in the United States.

Protected Health Information

Our Website and Apps are not intended for use with protected health information. We do not desire to receive, nor are you permitted to provide or otherwise make available through our Services any protected health information.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including information:

  • by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, and/or telephone number (“personal information“); and/or
  • about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Services and usage details.

Information You Provide to Us.  The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

This includes information provided at the time of reporting a case through our eRx and Trade Apps, or requesting publications through our Services, or requesting further information about our services, including without limitation about the Services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Services.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes, including without limitation through our MTracker App.
  • Your search queries on the Services.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted“) on public areas of the Services or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions“). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.  As you navigate through and interact with our Websites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Websites, including traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Services.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent; however, due to the varying practices of organizations that offer browsers and the lack of a standard in the marketplace, we generally do not respond to do not track (“DNT”) signals sent via browsers at this time. In general, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Websites.
  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@twolabs.com. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may also send us an email at privacy@twolabs.com to request access to, correct or delete certain personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Services users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Services, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Services that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Your Rights under the General Data Protection Regulation

Data Security

The safety and security of your information depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Services.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the applicable Website home page, and in the applicable App store and marketplace. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you by email to the primary email address you provided to us. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Services and this privacy policy to check for any changes.
