Leadership team

Rich is the Founder and CEO of Two Labs. He leads the team by providing the overall strategy for the company and conveying Two Labs’ values to every team member. His ultimate life goal is to continue to help people and make individual lives better. At a grand level, Two Labs enables him to help a broad group of patients, access pharma products more easily through his work with pharma manufacturers. At a more granular level, Two Labs enables him to hire, promote, train, develop and improve the lives of the people he works with.

Rich has a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He resides in Ohio with his wife, two sons, daughter and Labrador retriever, Barnaby, the office mascot. Rich and his wife are dedicated to improving the lives of others through charitable endeavors and have created the Two Labs Foundation (providing financial support to a variety of a nonprofit organizations); Anna’s Forever Families http://www.anasforeverfamilies.org/ (a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that assists people in adopting children with special needs); and www.RewardGoodDeeds.org (recognizing good deeds in the community through a “pay it forward” approach).

Howard is the Chief Commercial Officer at Two Labs, handling the day-to-day operations with employees and clients. He strongly believes having a highly engaged, passionate, and collaborative culture within our organization is one of the most critical factors when working to provide the best service to any client. The focus on culture also allows him to have the utmost confidence that the team is providing services and solutions that are unmatched by the competition.

Howard’s most compelling work lies in identifying talent, developing the team and knowing when to get out of the way so they can do what they excel at. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University, with a concentration in Finance. He’s a bit of a workout nut, doing everything from biking to yoga. The best part of Howard’s free time is spent with his wife, kids, grandkids and black Labrador, Hunter (another Two Labs office mascot). His favorite time of the year is summer when he can kick back on the patio and have a glass of wine with friends.

Will is a Principal and EVP of Specialty Commercialization. He was the first partner of Two Labs, joining founder Rich Wartel five months after the organization was formed. As the lead for most specialty new product launches, Will guides projects specializing in creative market access, channel development and lifecycle management strategies. Building on his experience and expertise, Two Labs has built breadth and depth around oral and injectable/infusible specialty products for rare diseases, including autoimmune conditions, oncology and genetic disorders.

With a background as a health system and managed care pharmacy director, Will moved to the pharma industry and worked through increasing levels of sales and marketing leadership roles at companies such as Roche/Genentech and Amgen. Will was the original founder of the Huntington Consulting Group and BioSys Laboratories, Inc.  He received his Pharm. D. and undergraduate education coursework in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Will and his family reside in Los Angeles, where he also serves on the boards of several for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Phil is the Chief Financial Officer and helps ensure Two Labs achieves its financial objectives. He believes strongly in the company mission and that a healthy, vibrant Two Labs will continue to improve the lives of clients, patients and communities. Phil has extensive experience in privately owned, technology-based businesses as well large public companies like GE and Reed Elsevier. He has a history of helping businesses grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.

Phil holds a B.A. in Business from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. In his spare time, Phil enjoys reading books, traveling and spending time with his family.

Doug is the Chief Operating Officer at Two Labs who works with the Two Labs team in the areas of strategic planning, long-term staffing requirements, and post-integration design. He believes that developing the proper framework for scalability is essential to our continued success in providing unmatched client service, therefore much of his works centers on preparing Two Labs for future growth.

Doug has held multiple C-suite positions in his career, most recently at Lake Capital, a $1.3 billion private equity firm based in Chicago. In 2012, he won “CFO of The Year” in the private company category in Los Angeles County. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

In his spare time, Doug likes to workout, play tennis, and hit the ski slopes with his wife, Pam. They have one daughter, Mallory, and two sons, Brian and Bradley. Being from Pittsburgh, Doug is a huge Steelers and Penguins fan and enjoys rooting on his teams.

Christie is the Vice President of Human Resources, striving to create an environment that allows Two Labs employees to do what they do best, with passion, energy and a sense of fun. She believes that creating a culture of collaboration, engagement, trust and passion allows employees to achieve their personal and professional goals while maximizing business performance.

Christie has more than 20 years of HR experience with large corporations and small nonprofit organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University. She enjoys hanging out with her husband and two teenage daughters, walking with her Pomeranian, Maggie, reading and interior design.

Heather is General Counsel for Two Labs and is the team’s generics pharma subject matter expert. Heather is also General Counsel for all of Two Labs’ affiliates. For PharmaLicense, Heather develops creative licensing strategies for manufacturers, wholesalers and third-party logistics providers, working with regulatory, legal and commercial teams. Along with other team members, she helped develop a unique licensing strategy that shrinks the licensing timeframe from 12-18 months to 3 months — allowing clients to launch products in record time.

As the generics subject matter expert, Heather develops creative entry strategies and teaches branded manufacturers how to participate in the generic space when their product is facing patent expiration or a challenge. She strongly believes that generic competition doesn’t have to mean the death of a brand company product. Generics can be an exciting and profitable space!

Heather received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. She loves to knit, travel, go to concerts, exercise, eat well and entertain.

Joe Penrice is the Vice President of Technology who works with all of Two Labs to enable and support the achievement of the organization’s goals through innovation and the best use of information and technology.

Joe has always been passionate about technology and how it can be used to solve complex problems and improve the quality of our lives.

Joe has worked as a consultant and as a technology and operations leader within the Big 4 accounting firms, and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries.

Joe holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in management information systems and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hanging out with friends, golfing, traveling, and attending his daughter’s many activities. In his spare time, he likes to explore the latest in home automation, video, and audio technologies.

Headquarters team

Dave is the Director of Business Services at Two Labs, providing back office support to the entire organization and analysis to the executive team. While not all his work is seen by the client, everything he does is done with the client in mind. At Two Labs, we hold ourselves to a high standard; we want to provide the best service possible to our clients, and Dave sees to it that our team is equipped to do so.

Dave holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland. He is an avid runner and volunteers with the Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two kids and his dog, Buzz.

Erin is the Controller for Two Labs, leading the Accounting team by providing financials to leadership. Erin believes accounting helps determine the health and efficiency of a business. She enjoys the logic and order that goes along with accounting, which is often called the “language of business” because it interprets operational results and finances.

Erin has worked in public accounting for 17 years and has an array of experiences. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Ohio University.

Erin has three children who keep her and her husband busy. In their spare time, they like to camp, boat and work on home improvement projects. Erin also serves as Treasurer and is on the Board of Directors of After-School All-Stars Ohio.

Jody is a Senior Staff Accountant who performs accounting functions for internal employees as well as clients. Jody answers all inquiries coming from clients regarding billing – if you have questions, she has answers. Jody finds her work rewarding because she uses her skills to support management and serve clients. She received an associate degree In Accounting from Columbus State Community College.

Jody enjoys volunteering at Centennial High School, where her two sons attend. She serves on the board at Sunshine Nursery School, a ministry of her church. In the summer, she loves to garden and figure out how to use her homegrown herbs and veggies in new dishes.

Wendi is a Contracts Managers and Paralegal who oversees the contracting function for Two Labs and supports Two Labs’ General Counsel. With more than 20 years of experience in legal contracting and mergers and acquisitions, Wendi is motivated to have solid contracts in place for Two Labs to carry out our daily operations.

Wendi has an Associate of Applied Business, Paralegal Studies Technology from Marion Technical College. She enjoys volunteering at the Capital Area Humane Society, watching her three children play sports, reading and working out.

Jessica is our Vice President of Marketing, leveraging Two Labs’ unique culture and exceptional pharma expertise to create client-centric marketing. To do this, Jessica believes you must have a clear understanding of who the client is, what their needs and problems are, and engage them in a meaningful way. She has 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and holds a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Ohio University.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, watching her twins play sports and dance, cooking and volunteering at her church and the local Ronald McDonald House.

Becky is a Salesforce Analyst who manages and develops Salesforce functions to track Two Labs clients. Maintaining data integrity is at the heart of all business processes and critical to knowing the health of an organization. It’s what drives Becky each day. She has a BSBA in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and Production and Operations Management from Bowling Green State University.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys hiking, camping and spending time outdoors with her husband and twins.

Linda Brown is the Executive Assistant for Two Labs and is responsible for providing high level, tailored administration support to the CEO, COO, CFO and Senior Staff. Linda has an innate ability to understand and anticipate the needs of those she supports, allowing them to perform their best with their core responsibility – serving the clients.

She has an Associate’s degree in Paralegal studies/Legal Assisting from Columbus State Community College. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband and twin daughters. They love going to the movies, trying new restaurants, being outdoors, swimming, visiting friends and family. Oh, and she has a slight passion for working out!

Megan is Manager of Training and Development, working to engage our employees in learning opportunities that promote their professional development and enhance performance. She knows that every day brings a chance to learn something new, so capitalize on it! Our clients are better served when Two Labs’ talent continues to grow and develop.

Megan has held education-related positions for the past 13 years, ranging from teaching high school students, to conducting new employee onboarding, to building training around system launches in higher education.

She holds a B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University. Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, rooting for the Buckeyes and trying new Pinterest recipes, often laughing about how her results never look like the pictures.

Vian Saggio is a Human Resources Manager at Two Labs where she focuses her efforts on improving the employee experience within the company, ensuring that we can work happy and live happy as valued parts of a thriving and rewarding business. Vian knows that recruiting exceptional people and supporting them with a genuine culture of trust and engagement is key to the success of any company, which is the mindset she brings to her work at Two Labs every single day. Vian holds a B.S. and M.A. from The Ohio State University where she worked for over 7 years in a variety of people-facing roles.

When not wearing the “HR hat,” Vian is proud to have the title of “Mommy” to two little girls, who keep her busy with non-stop playing, singing, and visiting with friends and family.

Sharon Kaiser is a Senior Staff Accountant who works with the Accounting and Finance team to manage financial transactions and perform analysis to provide efficient, timely and accurate financial data.

Sharon believes that the continued growth of a company is highly dependent on the problem-solving capabilities surrounding financial matters, which allows business leaders to make solid financial decisions.

She brings to Two Labs 20+ years of accounting experience in a variety of industries with several private equity acquisitions and mergers, as well as system implementations/integrations, financial analysis and modeling, and experience with various taxing authorities.

In her spare time, Sharon volunteers at school and church events and enjoys boating, reading, watching her son play college lacrosse and watching her 8th-grade son play soccer. She is a volunteer at the CORE center in Delaware County and teaches seasonal piano lessons. She and her husband, Sean, have three children: twins Hayden and Hallie and their younger brother, Jack.

Sharon has a B.S. in Accounting from Bob Jones University.

Tracie Saunders is a Staff Accountant who works with the Accounting and Finance team to help internal and external customers with invoice payments, accounts receivable and reconciliations.

Tracie believes helping others is a key component to personal and professional success.

Tracie brings 25 years of accounting and financial analysis experience to Two Labs and is looking forward to helping Two Labs grow and succeed.

Tracie has a BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Otterbein.

In her spare time, Tracie attends her daughter’s volleyball matches and tournaments. When not at volleyball, she enjoys reading, walking and supporting Ohio State Athletics.

Liz is a Contracts Coordinator who is responsible for contract administration and support of the business development operations. She enjoys getting to routinely interface with the business unit managers, contracts manager, general counsel and office mascots.

Liz has an Associate of Marketing from Columbus State Community College. She enjoys volunteering with the National MS Society Buckeye Chapter Walk Committee. She also leads an amazing team, AliGars, each year for the MS Walk in honor of her father and sister who have been personally affected by this disease. In her spare time, Liz can be found watching her three sons play sports, traveling and spoiling their Boston Terrier.

Compendia team

Alisha is the Vice President and subject matter expert on compendia, performing more than 130 (NDA/BLA/505b) compendia submissions and averaging 3 to 4 different types of submissions to seven compendia organizations each month with the support of her team. She works with pharma and biotech companies to identify product challenges in advance of submission. Developing a comprehensive strategic compendia plan ensures we have the most accurate and streamlined submission possible. Alisha believes that compendia data can make or break a product if the information is loaded incorrectly.

Alisha has 13 years of experience updating clinical and pricing compendia databases for FDB and Medi-Span. She is a long-standing NCPDP member, Task Group Leader and a seasoned guest speaker on compendia and e-prescribing topics. She has regulatory certifications and served as senior brand manager for a large pharma company, managing brand, generic and lifecycle management initiatives for more than 25 products. In her spare time, Alisha enjoys spending time with her boys, camping, dirt bike riding, boating, and she is a huge NFL fan.

Crystal is an Account Director for the Compendia team, managing clients and the daily tasks. Crystal believes that an important step to any new product launch is having the appropriate NDC/UPC configuration. By building out Two Labs’ NDC guidance documents, our Compendia team can provide clients with in-depth detail on how their NDCs and UPCs should look. With DSCSA deadlines approaching, Two Labs wants to ensure clients are up to date and compliant with all regulations.

Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Investigations from Fresno State and is a Licensed Pharmacy Technician. She enjoys a nice balance of relaxing and being active. In her down time, she enjoys hot yoga, working out and soaking up the California sunshine.

Kara is an Account Manager who supports the Two Labs Compendia team with any client requests. Compendia data is crucial to a successful product launch and, most importantly, provides patient safety data for those prescribing, dispensing and taking medications. It is Kara’s personal goal to ensure our clients’ products are conveyed and listed correctly in each compendia organization.

Kara has experience on two sides of the compendia spectrum: creating data and being a data user. She has 10 years of retail pharmacy experience, 10 years’ experience in the editorial department at FDB and is a former certified pharmacy technician. She enjoys exploring the outdoors at the coast or mountains with her husband and two boy and stays active with Pilates and yoga. She is a huge San Jose Sharks hockey fan, attending games in hopes that they will win the Stanley Cup…one day.

Frances is the Administrative Assistant for the Two Labs Compendia team. She believes that organization, clear communication and task management are important in everyday business — ultimately allowing the team she supports to perform its core responsibility of serving our clients.

Frances has 16 years of experience in parts procurement and inventory management. She is a trained Six Sigma Yellow Belt in process management. In her spare time, Frances enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Commercialization team

Jen is Vice President of Open Access Commercialization, helping emerging pharma companies launch their first drug. She works with clients to develop and implement their commercialization strategy. Jen has a passion for what she does because she loves the idea that, at Two Labs, she can help contribute to patients receiving access to impactful medications. As Two Labs’ first true employee, Jen has been with the company for 11 years and worked on a variety of drugs — from life-saving medications to those reducing pregnancy nausea and vomiting. She also played an integral part in launching Two Labs PharmaLicense services.

Jen holds a Marketing degree from Miami University. She loves spending time with her husband, two sons and their dog, Rafa. She enjoys yoga, being outdoors, traveling, cooking, and reading.

Angie is a Vice President of Account Services for Commercialization at Two Labs. Angie guides pharma clients through the entire consulting engagement, customizing the implementation based on the product’s therapeutic class and distribution channel, as well as the company’s objectives. She strongly believes we must have a clear understanding of our clients’ needs and challenges so that everyone succeeds. She finds it rewarding and exciting to work on product launches, knowing we helped bring them to the market and make them available for those in need.

Angie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, gardening, and watching her kids in their various activities such as the Scouts, horseback riding and gymnastics.

Leslie is an Account Director for Two Labs’ Commercialization projects. She oversees the client engagement and ensures the client is meeting all major milestones while staying on pace to hit their expected launch date. The day-to-day appreciation clients express keeps her motivated, and she continues to be driven and to find great meaning in helping clients bring life-changing drugs to the market.

Leslie received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She enjoys reading, working out, taking bike rides and going on adventures with her three kids.

Kara is an Account Director for the Commercialization team. She strives to serve clients’ needs to guarantee they experience successful product launches. Kara believes that by putting our clients first, we’re able to serve the greater population by helping ensure the newest pharma products and technology are reaching the targeted patient population. Every product has a patient tied to it – and we get to indirectly help them have a better lifestyle.

Kara holds a B.A. in Applied Economics from The Ohio State University and likes to keeps up an active lifestyle by hiking, kayaking and working out. Kara loves serving at her church and in the community. She spends weekends with friends or back home in the country with her family.

Melissa is the Director of Operations for Specialty Commercialization, working with pharma manufacturers to deliver guidance during the specialty pharmacy selection process; provide support during the implementation lifecycle; and evaluate the program design and success in the post-launch phase. Melissa believes you must understand the client’s objectives, product(s) and services to ensure the program design and specialty pharmacy partnership results in a smooth patient journey and delivers excellent patient care.

Melissa has 12+ years of experience in the specialty pharmacy industry including: call center operations, program implementations, reporting, business analysis, client management, business rules development and project management. She is a certified Business Analyst through the International Institute for Learning (IIL) and a certified Pharmacy Technician. Melissa holds a B.S. in Biology from Tarleton State University. In her spare time she enjoys yoga and kayaking with her daughter.

Jessica is an Account Director for the Two Labs Commercialization team. She supports clients by helping them stay on track for a successful, on-time launch. She feels fortunate to be surrounded by subject matter experts at Two Labs, giving her the ability to tackle any challenge that may arise during a new product launch.

Jessica enjoys helping companies bring important products to market to support the health of patients — whether it’s for 10 people or 10,000 people. She feels good knowing each drug was specifically researched, designed and tested with a patient in mind.

Jessica holds a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Houston-Victoria. She enjoys traveling – she visits a new place each year! – and spending time with her family, cooking and executing DIY house projects. She also volunteers with the local pet adoption group to help dogs find their forever homes. That’s where she found and adopted her 70-pound lapdog, Bowser.

As an Account Director for Specialty Distribution, Nila partners with emerging and existing specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers to facilitate their new product launches. She collaborates with all the stakeholders to navigate the client through the pre-launch process and ensure a seamless product launch.

Nila has 12+ years of Specialty Distribution experience (3PL and Specialty Distribution) and has assisted with more than 40 product launches in the past year. She finds her role as an Account Director at Two Labs very rewarding because she supports the launch of specialized pharmaceutical products that will ultimately impact and improve patients’ lives.

Nila has a B.S. (Hons) in Applied Biology from the University of East London, United Kingdom. She enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures with her husband and children. Nila likes cooking cuisines from around the world, working on arts and crafts and spending time with family and friends.

In her Two Labs role, Anita helps pharma/biotech manufacturers develop the most efficient, cost-effective distribution model to serve patients and prescribing physicians. By using Two Labs’ expertise, clients can focus on their product’s science and getting FDA approval while we help develop the best channel strategy.

Anita believes it’s essential to fully understand the patient’s journey and the unique attributes of the product. There is no one-size-fits-all distribution model. In her previous role at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, she helped secure access to limited distribution products focused on rare and orphan disease states that require high-touch services.

Anita holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Duquesne University and a master’s degree in Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University. She is licensed as a registered pharmacist in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She enjoys spending time with her husband, twins and Cavalier King Charles spaniel, Bentley; watching Pittsburgh’s pro sports teams; and volunteering at her church and kids’ sports activities.

Kyle comes to Two Labs from Biologics, a McKesson Specialty Health company, where he served for five years in various business development roles for the oncology-focused specialty pharmacy. Most recently, he led business development efforts focused on oral oncolytic specialty pharmacy access. Kyle thinks that focusing on the patient’s unique journey and striving to elevate the experience is key to creating a less fragmented healthcare ecosystem.

With his experience, Kyle has gained a deep understanding of patient support services and specialty pharmacy channel strategy required to support niche patient populations in oncology and other rare disease states.

Kyle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from North Carolina State University, with a double concentration in Finance and Marketing. He spends most of his free time with his wife, son and their golden retriever, Nilla. They love to visit Wrightsville Beach year-round and enjoy quality time on the water with family and friends. Kyle also coaches a middle school basketball team.

Kim Cline is the Vice President of Specialty Commercialization, working with pharmaceutical manufacturers in commercializing their first product by providing solutions to challenges they may be facing. Her goal is to help successfully bring new therapies to the market to provide better options to patients.

Kim believes that, at the end of the day, there is always a patient who has a need. There are caregivers and family members who are trying to help, but healthcare is complicated, which is something Kim has seen in her personal experiences with family members. She recognizes that each drug launch is unique and she’s committed to leveraging her experience and insights to help this process.

Kim has worked either directly or indirectly on over 40 specialty drug launches over the past three years and holds a BSBA in International Business & Marketing from the University of Minnesota. In her spare time she always has a book by her side and she loves traveling the world with her family. She and her husband reside in Minneapolis where they do their best at parenting their three children.

Patient Support Services team

Diane is the Vice President of Patient Support Services who works with pharma manufacturers to design and implement support programs that provide patient access to needed medications. She understands the importance of our pharma partners tracking each step of the patient’s treatment journey. We do this through well designed patient programs, using data to help inform the service model and identify barriers to access.

With 25+ years in healthcare solutions, Diane most recently led customer engagement and implementation functions responsible for the design, build and launch of HUB and patient support programs across multiple therapeutic classes.

Diane graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. She enjoys playing golf with her husband; going to yoga and spin classes at the gym; and spending time outdoors hiking and skiing. She’s an avid fan of Arizona sports teams and is an Arizona Cardinals season ticket holder.

Paul is an Account Director for Patient Support Services, overseeing the client engagement for timely implementation of a distribution channel that ensures a successful product launch.

Paul has 17+ years of experience in the design and implementation of HUB and patient access programs across multiple therapeutic areas. He believes that the alignment of a product profile, distribution channel and patient access strategy is key to patient and provider satisfaction. Streamlined, timely delivery of critical therapies is the output of a well-designed plan.

Paul holds a B.S. in Biology from Dickinson College. In his spare time he enjoys running, skiing and spending time with his three children.

Yeong Lee Khoo is an Account Director for Patient Support Services who works with pharma manufacturers to design and implement patient services/Hub programs with the goal of removing barriers of access for patients. She has over 10 years of health care experience in patient services and REMS programs implementation, project management and Six Sigma process improvement.

Yeong Lee is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She is passionate about designing and improving patient services process that drives high efficiency and helps healthcare providers and patients to better lives.

Yeong Lee holds a MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and B.S. of Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University. In her spare time, she likes to go hiking, camping and cooking with her two kids and husband in Colorado.

EHRx Solutions team

David is the Vice President for EHRx Solutions, a Two Labs service that helps manufacturers and their sales representatives navigate the evolving EHR and e-prescribing environment. David was with Two Labs when the team created EHRx Solutions in 2013 to respond to a client need. He is driven by the ever-changing pharma landscape because it gives him the opportunity to develop innovative solutions that ultimately help our clients get their products to market.

David has more than 9 years’ experience in the pharma industry; he is a Stanford Certified Project Manager and received a B.A. in Communications with Business minor from The Ohio State University. He enjoys golfing in his spare time and spending time with his wife and pets.

Kyle Alexander is the Business Development Director for EHRx Solutions, working with pharma manufacturers of all sizes to develop customized triage programs to resolve a myriad of electronic prescribing related issues experiences by sales representatives. Kyle is passionate about the work he does with clients – manufacturers are meeting an unmet need and delivering life-changing medication, and Two labs contributes by ensuring these products are visible to prescribers and accurately transmitted to the preferred dispensing pharmacy.

Kyle is a member of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP) and is currently attending the University of Louisville studying Healthcare Leadership and Population Health Management. He also holds a Sports Studies degree from Miami University. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at his church and mentoring at-risk teen males at the Columbus Dream Center. He loves boxing and being out and about with friends enjoying dinner, drinks, live music and Ohio State football.

Josh is an EHRx Specialist who helps resolve e-prescribing issues for Two Labs clients. To accomplish this, Josh believes you must have clear knowledge and understanding of how e-prescribing providers work and how to communicate this information to prescribers. He holds a B.S. in Consumer Sciences and a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing with his dog, Ellie, spending time with his family, teaching kids about gymnastics and fitness, working out and catching a patio happy hour with friends.

Mollie is an Account Manager on the EHRx Solutions team at Two Labs, ensuring that physicians’ EMR systems are updated with the necessary information to prescribe the latest products in the market. She relieves the pharma sales representatives of these administrative steps, allowing them to focus on product education and sales. Mollie is driven to resolve issues and be a part of the patient/practice level of healthcare. She has a B.S. from Purdue University and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University.

After a day of helping pharma sales reps, Mollie enjoys running and working out, hanging out with her two boys, cooking a good meal for friends and family sewing products for her Etsy shop.

Stephanie Mauger is a Specialist on the EHRx Solutions team who works with pharma manufacturer sales representatives and providers, ensuring medications can be electronically prescribed efficiently and easily. She makes sure all the hard work of a drug launch transitions smoothly and successfully through the electronic prescription process.

Stephanie has over 10 years of experience in financial analysis, testing, merchandise planning and inventory management. She holds a BBA in Accounting from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN with a concentration in mathematics. She enjoys playing tennis with her family, reading political thrillers and walking her chihuahua-dachshund (chiweenie) mix.

Kim Grube is an EHRx Specialist who works with pharma sales reps to help them resolve e-prescribing issues. Her efforts allow them to spend more of their time in the field on product education and, ultimately, improving the lives of patients. Kim realizes the importance of the efficient flow of information, starting with a product launch and ending with successfully e-prescribing in an EMR.

Kim has over 15 years of experience in a large health care system, including installing and managing the daily operations of an EMR system.

Kim holds a B.S. in Health Information Management from The Ohio State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, watching college football (Go Bucks!) and hanging out with her Yorkie, Rocket.

Traci is an Account Manager for the EHRx Solutions team who specializes in working with manufacturers and their sales representatives to launch new products by ensuring their therapies are visible in the EHR systems. Traci’s goal is to exceed clients’ expectations, helping manufacturers meet an unmet need, and delivering life-changing medications to patients. Traci has 5 years of Managed Care Sales experience and 12 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience. Traci holds a BS in Communications with a Minor in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Traci enjoys watching both of her kids’ sporting events. Her daughter plays basketball at John Carroll University and her son plays basketball and football.   She enjoys spending time tutoring 5th graders, contributing to annual community service events, and advocating on behalf of safe driving to reduce teen crashes.  She enjoys working out, traveling, kayaking and spending time with their two golden retrievers, Bailey and Bella.

Julie Hastings is an EHRx Specialist on the EHRx Solutions Team who supports pharma sales representatives and healthcare providers by resolving issues that arise throughout the e-prescribing process. Her top priority is improving patient lives by collaborating with EHR’s to efficiently list new products in their systems.

Julie has over 15 years of experience in various customer centric roles and recognizes the importance of a positive customer experience in order to drive repeat business and loyalty.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and two young children, going to concerts, and traveling.

Michael Edwards is a EHRx Sales Manager who works with pharmaceutical companies of varying sizes, with the aim to develop personalized and innovative programs to solve a multitude of electronic prescribing issues that arise from sales professionals. Michael is motivated by the impact that he can have by helping pharmaceutical products get to market months earlier and thus save lives faster.

Michael joins us from Nationwide Insurance where he held positions as an Account Manager, Innovation Analyst and Sales Representative. Michael studied Health Administration at Ohio University in Athens, OH and has received the Nationwide Insurance EXCEL leadership certificate.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys watching Ohio State Buckeyes football, hiking, and spending time with his twin sister Lauren.

Ryan is the Vice President for Two Labs PharmaLicense services, helping pharma manufacturers obtain the licenses needed to market and sell their products in individual states. Our clients develop and improve products that enhance the quality of and save people’s lives – this is what pharma manufacturers do best. With the ever-changing state regulatory landscape, Two Labs ensures clients stay in compliance so they can stay focused on the patient.

Ryan has 10+ years of experience in pharma and med-surg distribution, working for both pharmaceutical manufacturer and national wholesaler. He is Lean Six Sigma trained and received a BSC in Communications from Ohio University. He loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife, two daughters and yellow Labrador. He is an avid golfer, trying not to lose more than one ball per hole on the golf course, and is a fan of the Buckeyes, Bengals, and Reds.

Marcy is an Account Manager for Two Labs PharmaLicense services. She meets with clients to develop their licensing strategy and create timelines for state licenses. Marcy also works in conjunction with the teams’ Licensing Analysts to ensure the licensing process is successful. Licensing can be difficult and time-consuming, but pharma companies can’t launch a product without it. Marcy enjoys taking that stress off clients’ shoulders, allowing them to focus on their product and distribution.

Marcy studied Respiratory Therapy, Business and Marketing at Illinois Central College. Marcy enjoys the sport of drag racing. Having a been a driver herself, she now enjoys the sport as a spectator. Marcy also loves to run and spend time with her husband, daughter, two boys and two crazy dogs.

She also has a heart for Haiti, where she travels on medical clinical mission trips every four months with her church. She and her husband are also Project Managers with Elevating Christian Ministries for the school and business projects in the village of Canaan. And they serve on the school’s board of directors, providing mentorship and leadership programs to the students.

James Plummer is a Business Development Manager for the PharmaLicense team where he ensures pharma manufacturers have the guidance needed to effectively launch products across the United States with appropriate licensure. At Two Labs, James believes he has the unique opportunity to save lives without necessarily providing direct patient care. Every employee in the organization is part of a process that brings life-saving drugs to patients in need.

James is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and the former President of the BNI Northstar Chapter. He holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine at Marietta College. James enjoys taking his family to the zoo, the pool and various restaurants around town. He plays bass for an instrumental rock band and maintains a growing collection of guitars and amps. If he’s not in the recording studio, he’s usually playing dinosaurs with his two sons.

Carley is a Licensing Operations Manager for Two Labs PharmaLicense services. As a previous Account Manager, Carley understands the importance of developing a licensing strategy to ensure compliance for Two Labs clients so they can focus on shipping potential life-saving prescriptions to patients. Working in an environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge, in a constantly changing landscape, drives her to provide the best support for clients.

Carley has 20 years of experience in project and account management. She holds a B.A. in Communications, with a minor in Marketing. When not working, she spends time with her family, three children and Yorkie-poo, Boo. She enjoys reading, going to the movies and being her kids’ biggest fan at high school sporting events.

Krista is a Licensing Analyst for Two Labs PharmaLicense services. She assists clients by implementing the appropriate licensing strategy to ensure they are compliant with each state’s laws. Krista enjoys her work because she believes in helping clients deliver the products they have worked so hard to create. She has 10+ years of experience in project, process and change management.

Krista has taken project management and Six Sigma classes and has a Communications and Journalism degree from The Ohio State University. She enjoys spending time with family, golfing, coaching fast pitch softball, boating and camping, and she is a diehard Buckeye fan!

Ann is a Licensing Analyst for Two Labs PharmaLicense services. She assists the Account Managers in completing state applications for new drug products and devices, as well as gathering information for submittal to states for their approvals — a critical step in the commercialization process. After being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years, Ann believes working at Two Labs has helped her find the perfect balance of work and home life.

Prior to caring for her girls, Ann worked at M/I Homes as a closing officer. Ann enjoys spending time with her two girls, working out with coworkers and volunteering at her church.

In her role as a Licensing Analyst for Two Labs PharmaLicense team, Stacie assists account managers in compiling documents and completing applications for state licenses and renewals. Her efforts help our clients ensure their state licenses are in compliance so their products can be distributed to patients and consumers who need them.

Stacie is a certified Pharmacy Technician with a diverse industry background, including retail, mail order and specialty pharmacies, PBM and managed care. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from Franklin University.

In her life outside of Two Labs, Stacie loves to spend time with her family, travel and try new restaurants. She is a fan of the OSU Buckeyes and Chicago Cubs.

Ethan is a Regulatory Analyst who works with Two Labs’ licensing analysts and account managers to assist with state regulatory agencies regarding local rules, forms and agency opinions for licenses. Ethan loves to be a valuable resource, facilitating responses to difficult regulatory questions that ultimately benefit our clients.

Ethan has often served as a project leader during his career. He was involved in research projects for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), was an accounting team leader at a law firm and a compliance specialist acquiring liquor licenses for a major restaurant company.

Ethan is a paralegal experienced in corporate legal and law firm settings. He was awarded distinction honors for his ODNR research and received honors in his paralegal program. He holds a B.S. in Life Sciences with Distinction from Otterbein University and Paralegal Certificate from Capital University Law School.

Ethan spends most of his spare time with his wife and daughter. He loves his animals: Chewie (a pug), Squeek (a chiweenie) and Lucius (cat). He also spends time watching college football, everything Star Wars and working out/training for races.

Leah Niswander is an Account Manager in PharmaLicense who works with clients in Pharma to create a formal strategy and give guidance required for proper licensure. Leah knows that providing exceptional service to the clients allows them to focus their efforts on the development of lifesaving drugs for patients. She believes that patient care extends far beyond the doctor’s office and helping pharma companies place products on the shelf is a great way to make an impact.

Leah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Miami University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with family and friends. She is actively involved with Make-a-Wish as a Wish Granter and with LINC United Way of Central Ohio.

As a PharmaLicense Account Manager, Michael works with pharmaceutical clients to create a strategy to obtain state licensure. He believes that the Two Labs clients are creating life-changing and lifesaving medicine. The work we do at Two Labs allows us to play an important part in saving lives.

Michael is Lean Six Sigma trained and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

In Michael’s spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Rachel – who is expecting their first child – playing with his two dogs, teaching at his church and spending time with friends.

Jordan is a Licensing Analyst for Two Labs PharmaLicense services. He assists the Account Managers by compiling documents and completing the necessary applications to ensure our clients receive their initial state licenses and any subsequent renewals. Jordan believes the work Two Labs accomplishes has wide ranging positive impacts on both our clients and the patients/customers they serve.

Jordan has a bachelor’s degree in Family Sciences and Human Ecology – with a focus in Early Education – from The Ohio State University. O-H!

When out of the office, Jordan enjoys traveling with his wife, Liz, playing with their 3-year-old boxer/pit mix, Tank, running, being involved in his local church, and spending time with friends.

Trade Management team

Jeff is the Vice President of Trade Management at Two Labs. He anticipates — and helps avoid — supply chain issues for our trade clients, along with addressing issues or opportunities that arise. After spending 30 years in a variety of roles in pharma — with the last 20 years of his career in trade with companies ranging from start-up to multinational organizations — Jeff understands the perspectives of many client constituencies. These experiences allow him to give clients the experience and efficiency they seek.

Jeff has received national pharma company awards, wholesale customer awards and HDA recognition for trade work performed on behalf of the company. He has a B.A. in Management from Luther College. Jeff enjoys spending time at the lake, on the water with family and friends. He also enjoys the camaraderie and competitiveness of golf.

Scott is a Senior Director of Trade Operations and Analytics, working with Trade Managers and their team to provide operational insights and data aggregated for usable, actionable purposes. The goal is to make medications available for patients, in turn supporting the success of the pharma manufacturer. Scott brings 18 years of pharmaceutical analytics and program management to the Two Labs Trade team. He previously worked at Santarus, where he was involved in nearly all aspects of commercial pharmaceutical operations, and SAIC, where he managed the integration of two major pharma companies.

Scott served as a lieutenant on nuclear submarines with the U.S. Navy for five years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of St. Thomas and a master’s degree in Business Administration, Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and working on home improvement projects and old cars.

Glenn Okoniewski is a Director of Trade Management and helps start-up and emerging pharma companies bring life-changing drugs to market. Glenn has been involved in more than 15 new product launches and a number of product acquisitions/transitions. He was a member of the Trade Team that won HDA’s Diana Award for best new product launch.

Glenn has 30+ years of distribution management experience in a variety of settings, with more than 13 years’ experience in Trade. He has a BSBA from the University of Florida and an MSBA from Boston University. In his spare time, Glenn likes to run and read about history.

Jodi Cox is an Analyst for Trade Management, working with Trade Managers and their teams, providing operational insights and data that is aggregated for usable, actionable purposes. Jodi loves the idea of making sure patients are able to get the medications they need when they need them.

Jodi has over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning/Allocation, Quality Assurance and Research & Development. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Ohio University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, which includes 24 nieces and nephews, and her two dogs Bailey and Tripp.

Elaine is a Trade Analyst who reviews and analyzes thousands of data points daily to manage sales and inventory trends. The end goal is to ensure that pharmacies have medications available when and where a patient needs to fill a prescription.

Elaine has 25+ years in category management and analysis experience. She can often be found spending time with friends and family, reading a good book or doing volunteer work at Westerville City Schools.

Jennifer is the Account Director of Trade Data, working with Two Labs’ clients post launch to monitor inventory movement along the supply chain. This helps guide buyers to maintain sufficient stocking levels at their supplier entities. She knows that patient access to needed therapies is a top priority so their health can be restored or maintained for the best possible quality of life.

Jennifer recently received the GS1 Standards for DSCSA Suppliers Certificate. Now she can help our clients effectively implement DSCSA lot-level management, serialization and item-level traceability requirements. Jennifer worked under the AmerisourceBergen umbrella in data management roles for both US Bioservices (Specialty Pharmacy) and ICS (3PL). She holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington but completed most of her coursework at Texas A&M University, making her a proud Fighting Texas Aggie Former Student.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys time with family and friends camping, sailing, escape room challenges, Texas Aggie football games and serving as a youth leader at her church.
